Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Digital Goods: As our products are immediately delivered digital entertainment reports, all sales are final and non-refundable once the result is generated.

Payment Failures: If a payment is deducted from your bank account but the result was not shown, please email us at hello@chillartech.online within 48 hours with your Payment ID.

Disputes: All payment processing is handled by our payment gateway partner (Razorpay). Any disputes will be resolved according to their policies and Indian law.
